Our cacao butter is unrefined and never processed with chemicals. The purity of our butter is evident in its smooth texture, rich flavour and buttery aroma.
Our cacao beans are grown organically, then naturally dried and fermented to release their intense chocolate flavour and aroma. Our cacao nibs are collected from these organically grown cacao beans. After the cacao nibs are removed from the shells, they are ground to create a rich, chocolaty powder.
Our cacao supplier has a Development and Sustainability Program – a rural development initiative designed to help improve productivity and quality of life of organic farmers.

Ecoideas’ source of cacao is achieved by working directly with the farmers. We support them in all process such as: obtain certifications, financial matters, training, crop supervision, among others. Our supplier pays the premium directly to the farmers, according which states on the standard, and the farmers manage their own projects.
